Permission is granted to temporarily use INKRIPTED for personal, commercial, or educational purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website

3. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to INKRIPTED. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content. However, by using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

Process your content using our AI models
Store your content temporarily for processing
Provide you with processed outputs

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use INKRIPTED for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not:

Upload content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights
Create deepfakes or misleading content without consent
Use the service for harassment, abuse, or illegal activities

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
